Position: Business Development Executive Department: Sales & Client Relationship Work Mode: Work From Office Location: SG Highway, Ahmedabad Shift Timing: 4:00 AM – 1:00 PM - Morning Shift Reports To: CEO Role Overview:- The Business Development Executive will be responsible for driving sales, managing client relationships, and contributing to the company’s business growth. The ideal candidate must demonstrate strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage rejections and disputes professionally. Detailed Responsibilities:- Sales & Lead Management: Identify, prospect, and qualify new business opportunities. Conduct outbound calls, emails, and presentations. Convert leads into confirmed clients through effective communication and negotiation. Client Relationship Management Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and new clients. Ensure client satisfaction, timely responses, and professional follow-up. Negotiation & Deal Closure Lead price, service, and contractual negotiations confidently. Close deals while maintaining profitability and client satisfaction. Rejection & Dispute Handling Handle objections and rejections with resilience and a positive attitude. Resolve disputes, misunderstandings, or escalations in a tactful manner. Reporting & Documentation Maintain accurate sales reports, call logs, CRM entries, and follow-up records. Provide weekly and monthly performance updates to management. Requirements:- Excellent command over English communication. Strong sales skills with target-oriented mindset. Effective negotiation and persuasion ability. Strong rejection-handling and dispute-management capabilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision. Immediate joiners preferred. Compensation:- Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹45,000 per month, in hand. Incentives: Attractive performance-based incentives Who Can Apply?
