Role Overview We are looking for a Business Development Executive to support our sales and technical team in helping clients solve their wastewater challenges. The role includes a combination of desk-based client coordination and occasional site visits . Complete training, mentoring, and guidance will be provided. 2. Key Responsibilities Follow up with leads and support in converting them into confirmed deals. Handle daily phone interactions with clients and understand their requirements. Prepare proposals, quotations, reports, and marketing documents. Maintain CRM entries and coordinate internally with management. Conduct site visits ( in & our of Delhi/NCR) when required to assess STP/ETP conditions. Support product demonstrations and client trials. Build strong customer relationships and ensure smooth implementation. 3. Requirements Graduate (science background preferred). 1–2 years' experience in sales/technical support preferred; Strong communication in English & Hindi. Ability to simplify technical concepts and handle clients professionally. Willing to travel occasionally; willing to learn continuously. Honest, disciplined, and customer-focused. 4.
