Business Development Executive - Inventurs Cube LLP, Indore

Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and contributing to the overall growth of Inventurs Cube LLP. This role requires a strong understanding of online bidding platforms, lead generation strategies, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Online Bidding & Proposal Management:
  • Actively search, analyze, and bid on relevant projects on various online bidding platforms (e.g., Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, etc.).
  • Craft compelling and customized proposals that highlight Inventurs Cube LLP's capabilities and address client needs effectively.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to ensure accurate scope and effort estimation for proposals.
  • Track and manage all bidding activities, ensuring timely follow-ups and responses.
  • Lead Generation & Prospecting:
  • Utilize Sales Navigator and other professional networking tools to identify and qualify potential leads.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities and target industries.
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients.
  • Initiate outbound communication (email, LinkedIn messaging, cold calling) to engage with potential clients.
  • Sales & Client Relationship Management:
  • Present Inventurs Cube LLP's services and solutions to prospective clients effectively.
  • Negotiate terms and close deals, ensuring mutual satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Understand client requirements and communicate them clearly to the internal teams.
  • Contribute to achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Market Intelligence & Reporting:
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands.
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and market insights to management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience (1-3 years) in Business Development or a similar sales role, specifically with a focus on online bidding platforms (Upwork, Freelancer, etc.).
  • Demonstrable expertise in using Sales Navigator for lead generation and prospecting.
  • Strong understanding of the online freelance marketplace and bidding strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail in proposal writing.
  • Proficient in identifying and qualifying leads.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Results-oriented with a strong drive to achieve targets.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

Desired Skills (Plus Points):

  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Experience in the [Your Industry] sector (e.g., IT, web development, digital marketing).
  • Understanding of the sales funnel and various sales methodologies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
