Homewala.com is a rapidly growing real estate portal dedicated to connecting property buyers, sellers, and developers in a seamless digital marketplace. We aim to simplify property transactions across India, with a strong focus on user experience and data-driven property discovery.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive with 3 years of experience in sales, client relationship management, or real estate business development. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base, onboarding real estate builders, and driving growth for Homewala.com in the Chennai market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business leads through networking, cold calling, and market research.
  • Onboard real estate agents, property developers onto the Homewala.com platform.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term engagement and satisfaction.
  • Present, promote, and sell property listing solutions and digital marketing packages to potential clients.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the Chennai property market.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to ensure client success and platform optimization.
  • Prepare reports on sales, revenue, and client activity for internal review.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, preferably in real estate, property tech, or digital media.
  • Strong understanding of the Chennai real estate market.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Self-motivated, with a proactive approach to client acquisition.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and digital communication platforms.
