We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and contributing to overall revenue growth. Email outreach and lead-nurturing campaigns will be an important part of this role.
Key Responsibilities:-
Lead Generation & Prospecting
Identify and qualify potential clients through research, cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and networking.
Generate leads through email marketing and cold email campaigns.
Maintain an updated sales pipeline using CRM tools.
Client Acquisition & Sales:-
Conduct meetings, demos, and presentations to pitch company products/services.
Understand client requirements and offer suitable solutions.
Negotiate and close deals to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Relationship Management:-
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and follow-up for repeat business.
Market Research & Strategy
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry updates.
Work with the team to develop strategies for growth and expansion.
Reporting:-
Prepare daily/weekly reports and update CRM systems.
Track KPIs and conversion metrics.
Skills & Qualifications:-
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in Sales/Business Development.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Experience with email marketing tools (Mailchimp, HubSpot, Apollo, etc.) is an advantage.
Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and proactive

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹37,447.78 per month
