BDE (Business Development Executive)

Role Name: Business Development Executive

Qualification: BBA/MBA/BE/MCA

We are looking for Business Development Executives with exposure in online bidding, bid Writing, bid preparation, bid analysis, bid process management, proposal drafting & management. The candidate would be responsible for lead closure & conversion of client response, follow ups & account management across US, UK, Australia on Upwork, Freelancer, LinkedIn Sales Navigator & Guru.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate business through online freelancing portal like Upwork, Freelancer etc. & social media.
• Sound understanding of software requirements like application development, website development, web applications.
• Maintain a healthy pipeline of prospects and meeting targets on regular basis.
• Interaction and explaining project requirements to Technical team/ BA team.
• Carry out project analysis & documentation considering contemporary business environment.
• Create all comprehensive proposal detailing and estimates etc.
• Need to interact with global clients over Phone/ Skype and VOIP etc.
• Handle complete sales cycle.  Experience in Negotiation and Closing deals.
• Responsible for the Developing and executing plans to meet goals.
• Maintaining and updating sales, marketing and business development documentation

Skills Required:

• Candidates should have strong communication and leadership skills
• Well versed with bidding portals and other platforms.
• Should be proficient in project analysis and execution.
• Strong Interpersonal/Analytical skill.
• Business oriented and comprehensive writing abilities in order to generate various proposals.
• Excellent client relationship management skills.  Understanding of marketing concepts.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
