BDE (Business Development Executive)

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and online platforms (LinkedIn, Upwork, etc.)
• Understand client requirements and pitch relevant IT services (web/app development, software solutions, cloud services, etc.)
• Schedule and conduct meetings/demos with prospects in coordination with technical teams
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations for potential clients
• Manage the entire sales cycle — from lead generation to closing deals
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients
• Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client communications using CRM tools
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align campaigns with sales strategies
• Stay up to date on industry trends and competitor offerings

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field
• 0–3 years of experience in business development or sales (preferably in the IT or tech sector)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Confidence in client communication and presentations
• Ability to understand and explain technical services to non-technical stakeholders
• Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset
• Familiarity with lead generation tools, CRM software, or freelancing platforms is a plus

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of IT services such as software development, mobile apps, SEO , social media
• Experience in B2B sales or client acquisition in the tech domain
• Exposure to international markets (US/UK/Europe/MENA) is a bonus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
