BDE / BDM (ICU, Respiratory OT & NICU Equipment Rental)

Role Overview: As a Business Development Manager / Business Development Executive, your main responsibility will be to drive sales and promotion of medical devices and equipment within the critical care segment to hospitals, clinics, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders. Your focus will be on ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining high levels of product knowledge, and delivering excellent service. Key Responsibilities: - Engage in rental sales of medical equipment to healthcare facilities. - Achieve and exceed sales targets to expand the market share of the company's medical equipment portfolio. - Develop and implement sales strategies customized for the healthcare sector, including hospitals and dealers. - Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders like doctors, hospital administrators, and procurement teams. - Stay informed about the latest advancements in medical technology and equipment. - Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for clients and healthcare professionals. - Keep accurate records of sales activities, pipeline progress, and sales forecasts. - Generate reports on market feedback and sales performance. - Promote the company's products and establish connections with potential clients. - Collaborate with marketing teams to create and execute promotional campaigns and materials.
