As a Business Development Manager / Business Development Executive (BDM/BDE) with 2-6 years of relevant experience in the medical device industry, specifically critical care, you will play a crucial role in sales and promotion activities. Your primary responsibility will involve selling and renting technical products to healthcare professionals, hospitals, clinics, and other stakeholders in the healthcare sector. Your qualifications include a graduate degree in any stream. Your role will entail achieving sales targets, expanding the market share of the company's medical equipment portfolio, and developing tailored sales strategies for the healthcare sector. Building strong relationships with key stakeholders such as doctors, hospital administrators, and procurement teams will be essential to your success. Your responsibilities will also include staying informed about the latest advancements in medical technology, providing product demonstrations and training sessions to clients, maintaining accurate records of sales activities, and preparing reports on market feedback and sales performance. Collaboration with marketing teams to develop promotional campaigns and materials will be part of your duties.
