As the Business Development Head for a leading organization in the technology and advanced solutions sector based in Pune, India, your primary responsibility will be to drive growth and innovation within the dynamic marketplace. Your role will involve developing and executing comprehensive business development strategies aligned with company goals. You will need to identify and cultivate relationships with key clients and stakeholders to enhance revenue growth. Additionally, conducting market analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and new opportunities will be crucial. Presenting findings and recommendations to executive leadership for decision-making will also be part of your role. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. - Minimum 7 years of experience in business development or sales within the technology sector. - Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth. - Exceptional negotiation and communication skills. - Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment. In addition to the qualifications required, having a Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) is preferred. Experience in managing a team and cross-functional collaboration, familiarity with CRM software and project management tools, and existing networks in the industry that can be leveraged for business growth are also advantageous.
