Referral Network (CPs, Architects, Ex-Builders): Leverage your network and collaborate with channel partners (CPs), architects, and ex-builders for referrals.

Candidate Profile:

Experience:
3-6 years in builder-facing sales onboarding roles within Mandate firms, CP firms, or IPC.
Builder Connects:
Ability to connect and establish meetings with 300 builders in Pune over the span of 1 year.
Mandate Pitching:
Experience in explaining mandate pitches, pricing grids, and exclusivity models.
Languages:
Fluent in Marathi, Hindi, and English.
Skills:
Basic PowerPoint proficiency, CRM usage, and WhatsApp Business handling.
