About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Base24 EPS Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in payment systems, particularly in Base24 EPS (Electronic Payment Server),

and a proven track record in developing, configuring, and supporting transaction processing

systems.

Key Responsibilities

 Develop, configure, and maintain Base24 EPS applications to support transaction processing and payment systems.

 Work on the design, development, and integration of ATM, POS, and payment switch systems.

 Perform enhancements, customizations, and defect fixes in EPS modules.

 Analyze business and technical requirements to deliver high-quality solutions.

 Support production environments, including troubleshooting and incident resolution.

 Ensure compliance with industry standards for security, scalability, and high availability.

 Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including QA, infrastructure, and business analysts.

 Provide technical documentation, knowledge transfer, and guidance to junior developers.

Required Skills

 5+ years of hands-on experience in Base24 EPS development and support.

 Strong experience with Tandem/HP NonStop (TACL, TAL, COBOL, C, SCOBOL, Pathway,

Enscribe, SQL/MP).

 Knowledge of payment transaction processing (ATM, POS, ISO8583, EMV).

 Hands-on experience with XPNET, ACI tools, and BASE24-EPS modules.

 Exposure to interfaces with networks (Visa, Mastercard, Rupay, UPI, etc.).

 Experience in system performance tuning, debugging, and troubleshooting.

 Good understanding of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change Management).

 Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Good to Have

 Experience with HPE NonStop OSS environment.

 Knowledge of Java, MQ, and APIs for system integrations.

 Experience with testing and certification with payment networks.

 Familiarity with digital payments, mobile wallets, and UPI ecosystem.
