Job Purpose/ Summary

Responsible for sales order creation in SAP, Managing customer relationships, addressing inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and support.

BA/SBA_SOC_GCCAs a BA/SBA_SOC_GCC Officer, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the operations and compliance within the department. You will be expected to have a strong understanding of risk management policies and procedures, as well as a deep knowledge of compliance and operational risk. You will be responsible for making key decisions and solving problems that arise within the department.

Principal Accountabilities

Oversee and manage the operations within the department, ensuring that all processes are running smoothly and efficiently.Understand and adhere to all risk management policies and procedures, ensuring that all operations are compliant with these policies.Use your strong business acumen to make key decisions and solve problems that arise within the department.Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure that all operations are aligned with the overall business goals.Maintain a customer-centric approach, ensuring that all operations are designed to meet the needs of the customer.Have a deep understanding of the products and processes within the department, and use this knowledge to improve operations.Use your expertise in SAP modules to manage and analyze data, and report on the performance of the department.Plan and control production within the department, ensuring that all operations are running on schedule and within budget.Implement automation where possible to improve efficiency and reduce manual work.Perform data entry tasks as required, ensuring that all data is accurate and up-to-date.Use your strong soft skills, such as business and commercial acumen, global mindset, entrepreneurship, and people excellence, to lead and inspire your team.Use your strong computer skills, including MS Office, MS Excel, and SAP, to manage and analyze data, and report on the performance of the department.Special emphasis should be placed on your business acumen, commercial acumen, customer service, collaboration, and decision-making skills.
