Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Bar Manager located in Mumbai. The Bar Manager will oversee daily operations of the bar, ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, manage inventory and supplies, maintain health and safety standards, develop employee training programs, and drive sales initiatives. The role requires leadership in customer service, effective communication with staff and customers, coordination with the kitchen and management team, and a focus on maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
