Bastian Bites and Bastian Bakery offer delivery, takeaway, and cult-favorite desserts. New restaurant concepts are in development with plans for nationwide expansion. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Bar Manager located in Mumbai. The Bar Manager will oversee daily operations of the bar, ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, manage inventory and supplies, maintain health and safety standards, develop employee training programs, and drive sales initiatives. The role requires leadership in customer service, effective communication with staff and customers, coordination with the kitchen and management team, and a focus on maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. Qualifications Customer Service and Communication skills Experience in Food & Beverage management Skills in Training and developing staff Sales acumen and ability to drive revenue Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Leadership experience in a bar or restaurant setting Knowledge of health and safety regulations Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or relevant field preferred
