Job Description

Job Summary:

The Banking Workforce Team Member will be responsible for managing and supporting workforce operations for banking processes within the BPS unit. The role involves workforce planning, scheduling, real-time monitoring, and performance tracking to ensure optimum resource utilization and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in forecasting, capacity planning, and scheduling for banking voice and non-voice operations.
Monitor real-time staffing levels and ensure alignment with service level agreements (SLAs).
Track absenteeism, shrinkage, and adherence metrics to maintain process efficiency.
Prepare and update daily/weekly/monthly workforce reports and dashboards.
Coordinate with operations and HR teams for shift rosters and leave management.
Support the implementation of workforce management tools and processes.
Provide analytical support to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and client-specific workforce requirements.
Collaborate with team leaders to balance workload distribution and optimize productivity.
