Job Description

Banking Workforce Team Member

Roles & Responsibilities

Assist in
workforce planning, forecasting, and scheduling
for banking operations.
Monitor
real-time activities
, queues, and staffing levels to ensure SLA adherence.
Analyze volume trends and support the creation of accurate workload forecasts.
Coordinate with operations teams to manage staffing adjustments and shift alignments.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly
WFM reports
, dashboards, and performance insights.
Support adherence to productivity, quality, and service-level metrics.
Escalate deviations and recommend corrective actions for workload balancing.
Ensure compliance with organizational processes, data accuracy, and documentation standards.

Requirements

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Good understanding of
Banking BPS operations
, queues, and workflow management.
Proficiency in MS Excel, reporting tools, and basic workforce management tools.
Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and maintain SLA-driven performance.
Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and support operational improvements.
