Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated professional to join our team as a Banking Specialist – Client Static Data . In this role, you will be responsible for the accurate management of client static data, ensuring compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements. This is a full-time, on-site position aligned with the Singapore time zone. Your key tasks Monitor and manage Client static Data accurately Understanding of client static data elements (e.g., name, address, legal entity, tax IDs, account relationships), KYC aspects and impacts Responsible for meeting agreed service level and turnaround times in all assigned activities Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, risks and controls Cross coverage support within Banking Operations Division when required Work as per Singapore time zone This role requires full-time presence in office, with no provision for remote work Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Economics or other related area 2+ years of experience in Banking Operations, client data management, or back-office processing in the banking or financial services domain Positive, pro-active, and can-do attitude with a high degree of independence, integrity, flexibility and reliability Proficiency in MS Excel (lookup, filters, pivot, basic formulas) Strong attention to detail and ability to work with structured and unstructured data Good communication and coordination skills to work with cross-functional teams Continuous improvement attitude (Kaizen, Six Sigma,) to guarantee the best service and client experience.
