About the Role:

fresh graduates

Key Responsibilities:

Promote banking products such as CASA, accounts, cards, and basic financial services
Meet customers through branch references and field activities
Generate leads from local areas and convert them into sales
Complete documentation and ensure KYC compliance
Maintain daily activity and sales reporting
Build strong relationships with customers and branch teams

Candidate Eligibility (Mandatory):

Graduation completed
(any stream)
All semester marksheets OR Degree Certificate required
Freshers only
(Sales interest preferred)
Local candidate
from Kolkata / Durgapur / Asansol
Two-wheeler (Bike) mandatory
Valid Driving License required
Age: 21 to 26 years
