Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) , ensuring seamless candidate management and recruitment workflow. Preferred industry domains include BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) and NBFC (Non-Banking Financial Companies) , with a strong understanding of domain-specific hiring needs and compliance standards.
