As a Quality Assurance Associate within our Financial Services team, you will be responsible for allocating work, tracking status, and ensuring the completion of records assigned for testing. You will question and investigate data, provide program management support, and promote process improvements. This role provides an opportunity to apply your strong research, analytical, and comprehension skills, and your in-depth understanding of AML/KYC and control framework. You will also have the chance to demonstrate your ability to engage stakeholders and influence others for results. Job responsibilities Work allocation, track status and completion of records assigned for testing Ensure testing is completed within the agreed timelines with highest quality standards Question and investigate the reliability and integrity of data, the validity of conclusions and the appropriateness of assumptions made (where appropriate). Provide program management support, including providing training on key applications and tools Effectively communicate with key points of contact to ensure the fluid sharing of information and feedback across pertinent teams Identify and drive Process improvements and other initiatives Identifying alternatives, options, and different ways of looking at issues/problems and to seek alternative scenario s Identify changes to processes and procedures to improve productivity and efficiency Required qualifications, skills and capabilities bachelors degree in Commerce, Finance, or equivalent work experience Min 6 years of experience within the Financial Services industry; AML/KYC knowledge, application support, and/or project management Possess in depth understanding of AML/KYC and control framework Strong research, analytical, and comprehension skills, with ability to analyze large amounts of data Demonstrated ability to raise issues or information to relevant stakeholders or management with respect to the control environment and to present the issue or information in a concise and effective manner Strong stakeholder engagement, including ability to connect business and IT stakeholders in a clear and efficient manner Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence others for results Good product knowledge - Market products, Banking products, Fintech, Securities and Lending, Corporate and Trade Finance

Job Summary The Staff Banking Manager serves as the primary point of contact for Standard Chartered staff/ ex-staff clients, ensuring seamless delivery of banking services and products. The role involves building strong client relationships, addressing queries, promoting cross-sell opportunities, and supporting branch operations to achieve financial and service targets. Key Responsibilities Client Relationship Management Act as the first point of contact for clients, delivering exceptional service. Understand client needs and recommend suitable banking products/services, such as cards, loans, deposits, and wealth management. Address client concerns promptly and ensure a high level of satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow up on unresolved issues. Collaboration and Teamwork Work closely with other departments, including wealth management, credit, collections and operations, to meet client expectations. Contribute to branch goals through active participation in team meetings and sharing best practices. Sales and Business Development: Promote banking products and services to achieve individual sales targets. Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell based on client profiles. Conduct regular follow-ups with existing clients to ensure portfolio growth. Participate in promotional activities and campaigns to attract new staff banking clients Processes Operational Support Assist in the execution of banking transactions such as account opening, deposits, fund transfers, card issuance and loan disbursement.
