Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Officer - Video Banking in Ujjivan Small Finance Bank Limited. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in banking and excellent communication skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and deliver high-quality video banking services to customers.
Provide personalized banking solutions and address customer queries via video conferencing.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to increase loyalty and retention.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and enhance overall service quality.
Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Job Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in banking, preferably in a video banking or customer service role.
Strong knowledge of banking products and services, including savings accounts, loans, and credit cards.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and internal teams.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze problems and develop effective solutions.
Familiarity with technology and software applications used in banking, such as CRM systems and video conferencing tools.
