What would you do? We help clients address quality and productivity issues, keep pace with customer expectations, navigate regulatory and operational pressures and ensure business sustainability by transforming their banking operations into an agile, resilient operating model.The Corporate banking /Wholesale banking team is responsible for helping clients and organizations processes trade finance transactions by providing superior service delivery to trade customers whilst safeguarding the bank from risks associated with this business.Develop and deliver core banking solutions for the applications that process the essential functions of banks, including account management, interest calculations, cash deposits and withdrawals processing, customer management and product management.
What are we looking for? Understanding about covenants, borrowing base calculations for business banking loansTesting covenants regularly and monitoring Borrowing Base regularly for any North American banksShould have extensive understanding about the commercial lending loan operations components /services, various types of documents and document repository systems and line of businessesGood oral and written communication is must since the process requires sending emails to internal & external stakeholdersResponsible to Accurate review and verification of documents is crucial. Basic understanding of Banking on Loan processing / operationsExperience in servicing of commercial loansApplies specialized functional area skills and basic knowledge including underlying professional/technical principles or standards, which are well definedExtract account level information from the loan documents and update the booking systems with the procedures availableValidate the account level information between the documents and the booking system for accuracy & complianceAdhere to the policy guidelines and onboard the loan in the client system. Organize the documents as per the manual Process to gather all the necessary information to complete the requestMaintain turn around time and quality as per the agreed SLAs Candidates with knowledge of different loan systems owned by various banksSuggest and implement process improvements and synergies on an ongoing basisCommunicate and collaborate cross-functionally with payment teammates and leadership to understand, implement, and support key strategic initiatives and solve operational issuesMonitor production and personnel statistics and reporting in support of deal operationResearch complex issues utilizing internal and external resources and contacts.Lead coordination, planning, scheduling, and execution of activities within assigned teamImprove consistency of operations across processes through ongoing communication and best-practice sharingComplete all MIS reports according to schedule/requirementsMentor and assist the new employees to come up the learning curveValidate the document package prepared by team members Providing work product within the stringent timeline and improved qualityRealize responsibility and completes the task at hand and on timeInvolves moderate level of independent decision making

Roles and Responsibilities: In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of lower-complexity problems Your day to day interaction is with peers within Accenture before updating supervisors In this role you may have limited exposure with clients and/or Accenture management You will be given moderate level instruction on daily work tasks and detailed instructions on new assignments The decisions you make impact your own work and may impact the work of others You will be an individual contributor as a part of a team, with a focused scope of work Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts
