Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Bancassurance Specialist at HDFC Life located in Jaipur with some work from home flexibility. The Bancassurance Specialist will be responsible for promoting insurance products through bank partnerships, building relationships with bank staff, and achieving sales targets. The role will involve conducting presentations, training bank staff, and providing support to customers.

Qualifications

• Sales, Relationship Management, and Customer Service skills
• Insurance product knowledge and understanding of bancassurance processes
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong networking and negotiation skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
• Previous experience in bancassurance or insurance sales is a plus
