About Us

Cyboard School is seeking a highly organized and communicative individual to join our team as a Customer Support Executive/Parents Support staff/ Backend Team Associate

Key Responsibilities

Handle parent inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and in-person
Draft emails (e.g., circulars, weekly planners, welcome emails)
Make outbound calls to parents for feedback, absenteeism, and admission renewal
Maintain accurate records and data using our LMS and CRM software
Provide administrative support to the school team

Requirements

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and email drafting
Good listener with patience and empathy
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

Qualifications

Any Graduate
Previous experience in a school backend or operations role is an added advantage
