Backend MIS Executive (WFM Support)

We are looking for a detail-oriented MIS Executive / Resource Coordinator to support our BPO operations team. The role involves handling reports, data analysis, scheduling, and workforce coordination. Backend MIS Executive (WFM Support) The ideal candidate should have a strong analytical skills and excellent command over Advanced Excel , Software , CRM.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
• Manage and update workforce data, attendance, and schedules.
• Coordinate with operations to ensure adequate staffing and shift planning.
• Monitor real-time performance and highlight deviations.
• Analyze data trends and provide actionable insights to management.
• Handle employee shift swaps, leave records, and schedule changes.

Requirements:

• 1 year of experience in MIS / Workforce- WFM/ Backend operations (BPO preferred).
• Excellent in Advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, charts, formulas, dashboards).
• Strong analytical, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Good communication and coordination ability.
• Knowledge of WFM tools (NICE, Aspect, Verint, Genesys) is an added advantage. Working Days: 6 days a week

Shift: Rotational (Day shifts)

Qualification: HSC OR Any Graduate
