We're Hiring! – Inbound Customer Service Advisor (International Blended Process) As a Customer Service Advisor, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring a positive experience for our global customers. You'll handle inbound queries inbound calls, emails and chats providing accurate and timely solutions in a professional manner. Key Responsibilities Respond to inbound customer inquiries via calls, email and chat. Resolve customer issues effectively while ensuring a high level of satisfaction. Log all customer interactions and feedback accurately in internal systems. Maintain records of issues and resolutions for quality tracking and improvement. Skills & Qualifications Education: HSC or Bachelor’s Degree (Any Stream) Freshers are welcome! Candidates with 1+ year of experience in customer service/BPO preferred. Experience in international voice or blended process is a strong advantage. Excellent verbal and written communication in English is a must. Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset.
