In this role, the candidate will be responsible for making outgoing calls to customers to provide information, answer questions, resolve issues and generate leads . Responsibilities: Call customers to provide information .Resolve customer queries in a timely and professional manner Record call details and customer feedback. Follow up with customers as needed. Requirements: Excellent English communication and listening skills. Good computer knowledge with typing skills.
