Accurately record customer interactions , feedback and issues in the CRM system. Provide timely, accurate and efficient solutions to customer concerns. Requirements: Education: HSC (12th Pass) with experience or Bachelor’s degree Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Strong problem-solving and customer-handling abilities.
