Customer Service Advisor - Blended Process

We are hiring Customer Service Advisor for International Blended Process to join our team at our organisation in Kisan Nagar Wagle Estate Thane West. Key Responsibilities - Handle inbound customer calls, emails, chats, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer concerns. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company's products, services, policies, and procedures to effectively assist customers and provide accurate advice. Accurately record customer interactions, complaints, inquiries, and feedback in the company’s system. Maintain records of customer issues and solutions provided. Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented Excellent verbal and written English communication skills required. Education - HSC Plus or Bachelor's degree Fresher can apply OR Minimum [1] year of experience in customer service OR in a BPO. Experience in the International Call centre will be an add-on.
