Backend Engineer (Java)

Requirements

You'll take end-to-end ownership of backend systems, implementation and production deployment.Research, design, and develop new product features using Java, Golang, Kubernetes, and a wide variety of cloud-native tools.Write high-quality, scalable, and testable code.Collaborate with product, DevOps, and front-end teams to ensure smooth delivery.Integrate with infrastructure components such as MySQL, Redis, Elastic Search, AWS Services, and more.Debug complex problems in distributed systems and production environments.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on backend development experience
• Experience with Kubernetes and cloud-native application development
• An understanding of system design, scalability, high availability, and microservices architecture
• Experience working in cloud environments (AWS preferred)
• Knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and design patterns
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  

Nice to Have

• Experience working with Golang (Go)
• Experience with Java or other object-oriented languages
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD, observability tools, and infrastructure-as-code
• Experience working in Agile development environments (Scrum/Kanban)
• Familiarity with infrastructure optimization and cost management tools
