Backend Engineer (Java)

As a Senior Software Engineer at PocketPills, you will be responsible for mentoring a team of 4-6 Junior engineers. You will actively participate in all agile rituals, including daily stand-ups, iteration planning, story huddles, retrospectives, and creation of burn-up charts. Ensuring that all work is captured in Jira will be one of your key responsibilities. Additionally, you will support and develop software developers by providing advice, coaching, and educational opportunities.
