Key Responsibilities: Develop robust, secure, and scalable backend solutions for our SaaS-based CRM platform. Implement and manage Microservice Architecture for scalability and performance. Write clean and efficient REST APIs using Node.js and TypeScript. Build and manage SQL databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases. Collaborate with frontend, AI, and mobile development teams for end-to-end delivery. Work with Azure Boards for sprint planning, work item tracking, and task management. Follow a Git branching strategy (e.g., feature branches, develop, main) and raise Pull Requests (PRs) for code reviews. Integrate and deploy services on AWS Cloud Infrastructure (EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, etc.). Ensure best practices in version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines. Optimize backend services for high performance and reliability. Required Skills & Experience: JavaScript & TypeScript proficiency. Strong experience with Node.js (/NestJS preferred). Hands-on expertise with SQL (MySQL/PostgreSQL) and MongoDB. Backend Fundamentals: REST APIs, Authentication, Security, Error Handling, etc. AWS Services (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, etc.). Microservices Design Patterns. Azure Boards experience (work items, sprints, task assignments). Git Version Control (branching, merging, conflict resolution). Pull Request (PR) Best Practices for code reviews. Basic understanding of HTML & CSS (for better collaboration). Strong debugging, problem-solving, and performance optimization skills. Bonus Points: Experience with Docker and Kubernetes. Familiarity with CI/CD Pipelines. Knowledge of Serverless Frameworks. Previous experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
