Role Overview :

We are hiring a Backend Developer with strong Nest.js experience who can contribute to designing, developing, and maintaining robust server-side applications. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, have a strong understanding of Node.js fundamentals, and be passionate about writing clean and efficient code. You will play a key role in backend development, feature implementation, performance improvements, and API-level integrations.

This position is 100% onsite at our Noida office, and candidates must be available to join immediately.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop high-quality backend services and APIs using Nest.js (mandatory skill).

- Build and maintain server-side logic, reusable components, and scalable architecture.

- Write clean and structured TypeScript code following industry standards.

- Design database schemas, implement queries, and manage data storage effectively.

- Work with MySQL/PostgreSQL/MongoDB for database integration and optimization.

- Implement authentication and authorization systems (JWT, OAuth, API keys, etc.).

- Collaborate with frontend developers to ensure smooth integration between UI and backend.

- Integrate third-party APIs, payment gateways, SMS/Email services, and other external modules.

- Perform code reviews, participate in sprint discussions, and contribute to technical decisions.

- Troubleshoot production issues, identify bottlenecks, and deliver timely resolutions.

- Improve application performance, response times, and code efficiency.

- Prepare documentation for APIs, services, and backend workflows.

- Stay updated with latest backend technologies, tools, and best practices.

Required Technical Skills :

- Strong hands-on experience with Nest.js (1-2 years) - Mandatory.

- Excellent knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript.

- Experience with Node.js ecosystem and modular programming concepts.

- Solid understanding of RESTful API design principles.

- Practical experience with relational or NoSQL databases such as :

1. MySQL

2. PostgreSQL

3. MongoDB

- Familiarity with ORM/ODM tools (TypeORM, Prisma, Mongoose).

- Hands-on experience with git, GitHub, branching, pull requests, etc.

- Basic understanding of server hosting, API deployment, and environment variables.

- Knowledge of error handling, logging, and debugging techniques.

Additional Good-to-Have Skills :

- Experience working with microservices architecture.

- Knowledge of Redis, caching techniques, or message queues (RabbitMQ, Kafka, SQS).

- Understanding of Docker containers and basic DevOps concepts.

- Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.

- Basic understanding of CI/CD pipelines.

- Exposure to performance optimization techniques.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
