Type: Full-time role.

Location: Parel/ Prabhadevi (5mins walking distance from station)

Working Days:

Monday to Saturday (one Saturday off per month)Roles and Responsibilities -
  • Handle incoming calls and emails related to payments, invoicing, and MIS/Reports.
  • Carry out payment collection follow-ups, prepare invoices, and share them with customers.
  • Manage agreement and rate renewals throughout the year based on due dates.
  • Prepare and maintain MIS/Reports for offline invoices.
  • Follow up on pending billing to ensure timely collections.
What Makes You a Great Fit ?
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Customer support.
  • Good communication skills (Verbal & written).
  • Strong follow -up and coordination ability.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel/ Google sheets for reporting.
  • Detail oriented with good organizational skills.
