Backend Associate

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and process backend operations
• Perform daily transaction processing, documentation verification, and data updates in the system.
• Prepare, maintain, and audit MIS reports using Advanced Excel features (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Conditional Formatting, Power Query, Macros preferred).
• Reconcile data and ensure accuracy across systems and reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams for query resolution and process improvements.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, regulatory guidelines, and TAT requirements.
• Identify discrepancies and escalate issues on time.
• Support dashboard creation and automation for operational reporting.

Key Skills & Competencies

• Strong proficiency in Advanced Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Power Query, Macros).
• Good understanding of backend operations in BFSI / Mutual Fund industry (preferred).
• Strong analytical and problem‐solving skills.
• Typing accuracy and speed with data handling ability.
• Good communication skills (written & verbal).
• Ability to work under deadlines and multitask.

Eligibility & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 4.5 years of backend or operations experience, preferably in financial services industry.
• Knowledge of mutual fund processes will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
