• Annual CTC : 2.45 Lpa to 2.85 Lpa ( Free Cab Facility for both side + Huge Insurance + 5 days Working + Variables + Overtime + Health & Life Insurance).

JOB DESIGNATION

• Acquire process knowledge from SME (Internal/Client) & be process certified.
• The person should be polite in behavior and deserving of the MNC culture.
• Participate and successfully complete role-related training programs.
• Responsible for processing transactions of low complexity.
• Ensure timely and accurate service delivery as per client SLAs and adherence to client contractual commitments.
• Follow Data privacy and code of conduct standards.
• The candidate should have fluent communication skills in written and verbal English.
• Responsible for appropriately managing assigned tasks
• Ensure consistent productivity accuracy as per team requirements.
• Provide prompt responses to queries from Internal or External stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with Time Recording guidelines
• Adherence to floor policies, team schedule and leave plans.
