• Annual CTC : 2.45 Lpa to 2.85 Lpa ( Free Cab Facility for both side + Huge Insurance + 5 days Working + Variables + Overtime + Health & Life Insurance).

JOB DESIGNATION

• Verify timekeeping records and consult employees about any discrepancies
• Record payroll data in our software system and verify all amounts prior to cutting checks
• Alter employee tax status as needed as well as any information about withholding
• Prepare manual checks for distribution to employees
• Initiate direct deposits
• Change employee banking records when necessary to process payments accurately
• Record employee complaints, questions and concerns about payroll services and communicate those issues to HR manager
• Maintain compliant policies and procedures for processing payroll checks.

Key components of US payroll :

• Calculating gross pay:

  This is the total amount an employee earns before any deductions, based on their hours worked or salary.

• Calculating and withholding deductions:

  This includes federal, state, and local income taxes, as well as payroll taxes like Social Security and Medicare (FICA).

• Managing benefits and other deductions:

  Other amounts are subtracted, such as contributions to retirement plans or health insurance.

• Distributing payments:

  Employees are paid their net pay (gross pay minus deductions) through methods like direct deposit or physical checks.

• Ensuring tax compliance:

  Employers are responsible for withholding taxes and making regular tax deposits to the IRS and state agencies. This includes filing quarterly and annual tax forms like Form 941 and Form 940.

• Record keeping:

  Maintaining accurate and detailed payroll records is essential for compliance and auditing purposes.
