We also provide services which include- personalize invitations with individual guest names. We create wedding websites, WhatsApp invites Welcome To Wowsly- www.wowsly.com Wowsly was established under the parent company WT Technologies in 2017 with the aim of providing technological solutions to the event industry. We want to transform the event experience of people by making sure that every event, no matter the scale, small or large, as well as organizations of all sizes, have access to our platform. Wowsly is for individuals organizing events, organizations, companies, associations, clubs, NGOs, government bodies, political parties, educational institutions, corporate offices, societies, etc With the need for end-to-end event tech solutions, Wowsly was born. We already provided design and technological solutions like delivering personalized invites and videos on WhatsApp. Key Responsibilities : · Data Management/Data Entry : Accurately entering and updating data into company databases. · Finance and accounting : managing the organization's finances and accounts. To carry out financial flows, create invoices, write checks, create bills, issue receipts and check. Knowledge of accounting principles and practices · Transaction Processing: Handling invoices, receipts, and payments. · Record Keeping: Maintaining physical and digital records. · Administrative Support: Assisting with tasks like scheduling meetings, arranging travel, and handling mail. Providing any other administrative support to other departments. · Reporting and Analysis: Preparing reports and presentations on financial performance or other relevant areas. · HR Support: Assisting with managing employee benefits, payroll, and related HR processes. · Communication and Collaboration: Coordinating with other departments for efficient workflow and communication. Working days-Mon to sat(All sat working) Location-ONSITE near Thaltej Cross Road. S G Highway.
