We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Back Office Executive (minimum age: 30) to support our administrative and operational teams. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, good organizational skills, and prior experience in office support functions. This role is crucial in maintaining smooth internal operations and ensuring timely and accurate data processing, documentation, and coordination. Key Responsibilities: Perform data entry, record keeping, and document management tasks. Prepare and manage reports, spreadsheets, and internal communications. Coordinate with other departments to ensure operational efficiency. Handle administrative support tasks such as filing, scanning, and correspondence. Maintain databases and update information regularly and accurately. Support the finance, HR, and logistics teams with backend tasks. Ensure confidentiality and security of company information. Follow up on pending tasks and maintain status reports. Requirements:Minimum age of 30 years. Proven experience (2–5 years) in a back office, administrative, or operations support role. Strong knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel, Word, Outlook). Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Good written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage time efficiently and meet deadlines. Professional attitude, discipline, and ability to work independently.
