Field Marketing Executive

We are seeking an experienced and self-motivated Field Marketing Executive (minimum age: 30) to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will bring maturity, confidence, and hands-on experience to execute targeted field marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and sales growth. Key Responsibilities: Plan and execute field marketing campaigns in alignment with the overall marketing strategy. Represent the company at trade shows, events, and in client-facing activities. Develop and maintain relationships with local partners, vendors, and clients. Conduct market research and collect feedback to refine strategies. Work closely with the sales team to align field efforts with business goals. Track campaign performance metrics and report on ROI. Ensure all marketing materials and campaigns are aligned with brand guidelines. Train and guide junior team members when required. Requirements: Minimum age of 30 years. Proven experience (5+ years) in field marketing, sales, or a related role. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong organizational and project management abilities. Ability to travel frequently within assigned regions. Self-driven with a professional and mature attitude. Proficiency in MS Office and marketing software (CRM tools, email platforms, etc.). Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
