Key Responsibilities:Maintain and update financial records and general ledger accounts Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis Reconcile bank statements, accounts payable/receivable, and other ledger accounts Use advanced Excel functions (e.g., VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, pivot tables, macros) for data analysis and reporting Prepare detailed financial reports for internal and external stakeholders Collaborate with auditors and assist during audits Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies Automate repetitive reporting tasks using Excel tools and techniques
