Back Office Executive

Role Summary Solar Smart Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Back Office Executive – Liaisoning Support to assist in liaisoning-related operations for solar EPC projects. The role involves backend coordination with government departments, DISCOMs, consultants, and internal teams to ensure timely submission, tracking, and compliance of statutory and project-related documentation. This position is primarily office-based at our Ahmedabad HQ, with occasional visits to DISCOM offices or government departments as required. The candidate will support portal operations, documentation tracking, and follow-ups essential for smooth project execution. Key Responsibilities • Liaisoning & Regulatory Support: o Assist in coordination with government departments, DISCOMs, CEI offices, and local authorities. o Support senior liaisoning staff in follow-ups for approvals, permissions, and clearances. • DISCOM & Utility Coordination: o Prepare and submit documentation related to load sanction, net-metering, grid connectivity, and commissioning. o Track application status and maintain records of DISCOM communications. • Portal & Application Support: o Assist in operating and updating applications on portals such as CEI, IFP, National Portal, and state-specific portals. o Maintain login records, acknowledgements, and approval status trackers. • Documentation Management: o Prepare, verify, and organize project documents including NOCs, agreements, drawings, test reports, and affidavits. o Maintain proper digital and physical filing of liaisoning-related documents. • Internal Coordination: o Coordinate with sales, design, execution, and accounts teams to collect required documents and information. o Follow up internally and externally to avoid delays in approvals. • Reporting & MIS: o Maintain liaisoning trackers, approval timelines, and pending-status reports. o Share regular updates with the management and operations team.
