Key Responsibilities: Data Entry & Record Management: Accurately input and maintain customer and transaction data in internal systems. Documentation: Prepare, organize, and file documents related to loan applications and approvals. Communication Support: Assist in managing internal communications and coordinate with other departments as needed. Report Generation: Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management review. Inventory Management: Monitor and manage office supplies, ensuring availability and timely procurement. Administrative Assistance: Support the team in scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, and handling correspondence.
