Job Description

Job Summary: We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Back Office Executive to support our administrative and data management functions. The ideal candidate will handle documentation, data entry, processing tasks, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the office backend. Key Responsibilities: Perform data entry and data management tasks accurately and efficiently. Maintain and organize physical and digital records/documents. Coordinate with front-office and other departments for workflow alignment. Handle emails, prepare reports, and assist in inventory or billing tasks if required. Verify and process applications, forms, invoices, or other paperwork. Ensure all tasks are completed within deadlines and maintain confidentiality of sensitive data. Provide support for routine audits and compliance procedures. Required Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer operations. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Good written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Familiarity with office equipment (e.g., printers, scanners) and file management. Qualifications: Minimum 12th Pass or Graduate in any stream. Prior experience in back-office or administrative work is a plus. Freshers with good computer knowledge are also encouraged to apply.
