Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role requires strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills. Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and lead generation. Understand customer needs and offer appropriate products/services. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals. Negotiate terms of sales agreements and close deals. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Maintain and update client databases and records using CRM tools. Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction. Collaborate with the marketing and product teams for market feedback. Required Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities. Target-driven with a proven sales track record (preferred). Good organizational and time-management skills. Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. Proven experience in sales or a customer-facing role is an advantage. Freshers with strong sales aptitude are welcome to apply.
