Tele Caller Executive

Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telecaller Executive to join our team. The primary responsibility is to make outbound calls to prospective customers, explain the company’s products/services, and generate leads or sales. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-centric attitude, and the ability to handle rejection professionally. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers from the provided database. Introduce the company's products/services and explain them clearly. Generate leads, schedule appointments, or convert prospects to customers (as applicable). Follow up on previous interactions to maintain customer interest. Maintain records of calls, leads, and feedback in CRM/software. Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets. Handle customer queries and resolve issues efficiently. Coordinate with sales or support teams when necessary. Requirements: Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate in any discipline. Proven experience in telecalling, telesales, or a similar role (preferred). Excellent communication skills in [Languages – e.g., English, Hindi, etc.]. Ability to maintain professionalism and work under pressure. Basic knowledge of MS Office or CRM tools is an advantage. A positive attitude and good interpersonal skills.
