Job Title: Operations & Sales Executive / Store Manager

Location: Chotanagpur Agencies,Jamshedpur

We are a reputed firm dealing in high-quality pumps, motors, and sanitary equipment, known for our strong customer service and trusted relationships. We’re looking for a proactive, reliable, and organized individual to join our team and support daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle billing, invoicing, and basic accounts entry.
Interact with customers — manage inquiries, provide product details, and ensure smooth service.
Oversee the store room/inventory, maintain stock levels, and coordinate with suppliers.
Manage daily operations of the showroom, ensuring smooth workflow.
Assist the management with dispatches, quotations, and follow-ups.
Maintain cleanliness and order in the store and front desk area.
Be proactive in identifying operational issues and finding quick solutions.
Support in occasional field work ,market visits such as delivery coordination or product checks.

Requirements:

Basic knowledge of billing software / Tally / MS Excel.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy with a good attitude.
Ability to multitask and handle responsibilities independently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
