The Backend Coordinator manages all behind-the-scenes operations, ensuring smooth workflow between sales/client-facing teams and internal teams. This role focuses on data accuracy, task tracking, and timely completion of client deliverables. Key Responsibilities: Maintain and update trackers, CRM, and project sheets Coordinate tasks between sales, operations, design/tech, and finance teams Handle client backend process after signup (forms, data, documentation) Track project status and follow up for on-time completion Maintain organized records and prepare simple daily/weekly reports Requirements: Graduate in any discipline 0–3 years experience in operations/admin/coordination Good with Excel/Google Sheets and online tools Strong follow-up, coordination, and communication skills Detail-oriented and process-driven
