Visit PGs, hostels, real estate builders, and commercial buildings. Collect owner/manager contacts, demo smart sub-metering solutions (electric/water/gas), explain app features, generate leads, and close sales.

Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development Identify and target high-density PG clusters, real estate developers, gated communities, and commercial complexes for prepaid meter adoption. Conduct field visits, generate leads, and convert them into sales. Pitch prepaid metering solutions to property owners, builders, and facility managers, highlighting ROI, transparency, and tenant satisfaction. Ensure timely closure of sales cycles and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets. Customer Relationship & Collections Maintain long-term relationships with PG owners, builders, and societies. Train customers on how to use MettsPe/MettsCredit apps for tenant recharge and meter management. Monitor and ensure customer dues/recharge collection within agreed timelines. Support escalations and resolve complaints in coordination with the technical team. Key Skills Required Strong communication and persuasion skills (English, Hindi, and local language preferred). Field sales experience in real estate, PG/hostel, facility management, or IoT/utility solutions. Knowledge of prepaid metering, energy management, or building automation (preferred). Ability to handle B2B/B2C sales with a consultative approach. Market Research & Strategy Map target markets and track competitor activities in prepaid metering. Provide insights on pricing strategies, new sales opportunities, and customer trends. Performance Metrics Monthly/Quarterly Sales Targets (Electricity, Water, Gas Meters, IoT Gateways). Lead-to-Conversion Ratio. Customer Retention & Satisfaction. Timely Customer Dues Collection. Market Expansion (new PG clusters, real estate tie-ups, commercial installations).
